PUSH - Platform for User-centric Sustainable Health through food

Purpose and goal:

The aim is to engage, mobilize and support relevant actors in the work towards the mission: "By 2035, the food system promotes a healthy life for everyone."

The goal is that our transformation platform, as well as the mission and "Roadmap towards 2035" (developed during the project), should be firmly established in the system and among its actors. Also we should have established forms of collaboration and initiated at least 5 innovation projects that can contribute to the mission.

Expected results and effects: The long-term effects of this work will benefit society on different levels: - The population will have a healthier life with a higher quality of life

- New sustainable business and innovation opportunities are established, which strengthens the competitiveness of the food system - Society´s costs of diet-related diseases are limited. Approach and implementation: The platform will operate on two levels:

1. Strategic level focusing on relationships, continuous system monitoring and analysis linked to the mission and Roadmap. 2. Operational level to ensure that relevant innovation projects are initiated, based on our Roadmap. The project is built on six work packages: 1. Platform management 2. Refine the mission and develop a Roadmap towards 2035

3. Mobilization of relevant actors in the system 4. Initiatie prototypes and innovation projects 5. Platform development 6. Communication
