Purpose and goal:

The objective is to plan, prepare and write a competitive proposal for Horizon Europe within the field of industrial and urban symbiosis and strengthen the competitiveness of Sweden in the area by networking and strengthening collaborations with actors in Germany and France. Expected results and effects:

The project will contribute to the following impacts: Help connect symbiosis development to the agendas for sustainable transition that exist within the EU today. Develop and quality-assure methods/processes to create value from residual heat within the EU.

Expected results are completed network meetings, workshops with stakeholders, idea sketch for concept, role descriptions and described proposal. Approach and implementation:

The work will be divided into four parts: 1) Networking between Sweden, Germany and France - meetings and networking activites are held to find and deepen cooperation opportunities 2) Designing the project idea and proposal - workshops are held to shape the project idea and the concept for the proposal 3) Writing proposal - the proposal is written 4) Explore new collaboration opportunities - by investigating other calls, more collaboration opportunities and project ideas for other opportunities.
