Decision support system for climate effective packaging

Purpose and goal:

The project supported participation in a Silicon Valley-based incubator program coordinated by the Nordic Innovation House. We have undergone and been examined by the program. Expected results and effects:

The program has helped us to focus, accelerate and reduce risks. It has helped us better identify, define and validate the company´s commercial potential, clarify our value proposition and pitch. It has also helped us develop our professional network. The program has provided long-term insights as well as useful hands-on tips, concrete frameworks and models.

Approach and implementation:

The program (Oct 2023-Apr 2024) consisted of seminars and workshops during two weeks in the fall of 2023 (digital) and two weeks at Nordic Innovation House in Palo Alto in the spring of 2024. It also consisted of two kinds of mentors, one linked to each start-up and one who specialized in specific areas. Mentor meetings were held regularly during the program.
