Participation in the REACH program - Adsorbi

Purpose and goal:

REACH, an incubator program based in Silicon Valley, aims to strengthen Nordic research-based technology projects and spin-offs with international ambitions and potential. The project´s objective has been to integrate a more international and "Silicon Valley" mentality into the daily work and strategies. The project objectives included improving the company´s business plan, sales strategy and building networks in Silicon Valley

Expected results and effects:

The result has meant an increased understanding of how the company can start and grow operations in the US, as well as the work of building a network in the market has begun. The project has been carried out according to plan with successful results. Several valuable contacts have been established, which will be able to be used when the company decides to start an activities in the USA.

Approach and implementation:

The project has involved a digital part that has been carried out remotely, as well as two weeks on-site in Silicon Valley. Activities in the project have been workshops, coaching, lectures, and inspiring activities. The implementation has taken place in a group with other research-based startup companies.
