RISE SIIB

Purpose and goal:

RISE participated with the goal of strengthening innovative research collaborations and increasing the strategically important India network. Participation in the SIIB program was important to demonstrate RISE´s commitment to promoting innovation and cooperation between Sweden and India. Furthermore, the participation was linked to the commitment RISE already has through SITIS - the Sweden-India Transport, Innovation and Safety Partnership.

Improved network in India, but also a strengthened network with Swedish companies that participated in the delegation. The event was planned by the Sweden India Business Council and included a solid programme with visits to important actors in India (universities, companies, incubators, etc.). The visits were conducted in Delhi, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.
