On behalf of Vinnova, we tried to strengthen our consortium with more actors and more elaborate user cases. A month before the individual proposal was to be submitted, Vinnova announced that our budget for the project would be cut in half, which meant extensive cuts to the consortium and use cases to meet the new budget targets.
