Network-Enabled eXchange of critical information in Systems-of-Systems (NEXSoS)

Aim and objective with NEXSoS Genomförbarhetsstudie was to improve and further develop the project proposal and project application for NEXSoS in accordance with the decision announcement. Two scenarios and a handful of use cases have been identified, and anchored with stakeholders (two rescue services, MSB and the Swedish Transport Administration). A revised proposal for NEXSoS, based on results from the feasibility study, has been submitted to Vinnova.

Expected results and effects:

Based on NEXSoS Genomförbarhetsstudie, an improved project application for NEXSoS has been submitted to Vinnova. Specifically, the feasibility study has addressed the following: -A detailed analysis of stakeholder needs has been carried out which provides a justification of technology choices

-Two rescue services, and the Swedish Transport Administration are added as stakeholders and reference group participants

-A project plan (incl. timetable with milestones linked to work package descriptions) has been developed that clarifies how project goals can be achieved Approach and implementation: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The feasibility study has been carried out according to plan:

-Needs analysis in the form of workshops and interviews with key persons to ensure the benefit and need for NEXSoS´s orientation has been carried out. Two scenarios and a handful of use cases have been identified based on this method.

-Internal meetings and workshops have been held to jointly highlight, improve and achieve project proposal improvements for NEXSoS which in turn resulted in a revised and improved NEXSoS project application.
