Identify an organizational model that can accelerate social innovation

Purpose and goal:

We want to make visible an organizational model that can navigate between legal and financial obstacles for organizations. The model aims to create a more coherent and versatile financing structure that enables cooperation between different sectors and business models. The project is primarily aimed at social entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations & social enterprises in Sweden.

Objectives: Conduct research & interviews with 3-4 social actors Identify opportunities & challenges linked to 3 different funding sources Present a possible organizational structure & logic Expected results and effects:

For participating project partners: Increased ability to navigate and benefit from different sources of funding and collaborations across sector boundaries to promote social innovation.

For organizations: Model and structure for hybrid organizations in social innovation that can inspire and increase efficiency, long-termism and the ability to work agilely with social impact. As well as providing the conditions for attracting competence to social innovation. For society at large: Increased ability to handle complex social challenges, with positive social change as results.
