Circular lightweight – a pilot program for companies in LIGHTer´s network

Purpose and goal:

The project´s aim is to develop LIGHTer´s network´s knowledge, competence and abilities regarding circular lightweight. The goal at the end of the project is that the companies have begun the development of circular lightweight solutions. The companies actively participate in the project´s coaching (led by a procured expert organization).

Furthermore, all participating companies will be given increased knowledge about upcoming rules and laws around circularity and resource topics within Sweden and the EU. Expected results and effects:

-Companies within LIGHTer´s network have gained increased knowledge of the circular economy and its business opportunities and risks.

-Companies within LIGHTer´s network have been equipped with a circular toolbox for concrete operational changes in the short term as well as longer-term strategic changes. -At least fifteen companies within LIGHTer´s network have started their circular change journey. Approach and implementation:

The project procures a supplier who is responsible for developing and delivering a pilot program to coach the companies in LIGHTer´s network. The project and the suppliers are project managed by people from LIGHTer and RE:Source.
