METRIC; Measurement of Regional Innovation Capacity

This project is about Region Västerbotten together with 4 other pilot regions developing the METRIC model (Measurement of Regional Innovation Capacity) and its method, and then carrying out a measurement of the five regions with the ambition that it can be a nationally spread and used model. Sweden needs a measurement model to be able to follow the region´s innovation ecosystem and see where we have our strengths and weaknesses from a regional perspective.
