Purpose and goal:

Stellar Capacity is a company focusing on providing training in digital skills, future foresight, as well as analysis of the impact of exponentially developing technologies on businesses, individuals, and society. In line with our goals, we participated in panel discussions/lectures and conducted a deep-dive on the theme "Futuring in the Nordics".

Expected results and effects:

Stellar Capacity aims to enhance digital competence and future foresight through education and analysis. Our engagement deepened the understanding of technology´s impact, sharpened skills for navigating the future, and offered practical insights into "Futuring in the Nordics". Engaging in discussions and in-depth exploration, we fostered knowledge exchange and dialogue, better equipping businesses, individuals, and society for technological shifts.

Approach and implementation:

- We hosted an in-depth seminar on "The Future of Skills and Leadership," where we shared insights on the latest technological developments and their impact on leadership and skills.

- We engaged in knowledge sharing and dialogue during panel discussions on "Futuring in the Nordics," with a focus on future foresight, technology trends, and their impact on leadership and skills. - We networked and exchanged knowledge with fellow participants centered around Futuring in the Nordics.
