Grant Description

Revolutionary Property Management for a Sustainable FutureProperties account for a significant portion of the world´s energy consumption, and the need to streamline their management is urgent.

According to the Energy Authority´s report, property management systems offer the greatest potential for energy efficiency.

The challenges are numerous: from optimizing indoor climate to coordinating control between various older systems for heating, cooling, and ventilation. This innovation idea offers a unique solution to these challenges.

By utilizing a self-learning, proprietary AI (Artificial Intelligence) and synchronizing existing systems, indoor climate is optimized in real-time, taking presence into account to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.

Additionally, it provides a user-friendly dashboard for monitoring energy data and space utilization.Primarily targeting property owners, this innovation promises expected benefits such as lower operating costs, reduced environmental impact, and improved indoor climate. But the benefits don´t stop there.

For users of the premises, it means a more stable and tailored indoor climate at an individual level, which can increase comfort and productivity.

Additionally, property owners can contribute to the power market for a more stable energy system. What truly sets this solution apart from other initiatives is its ability to work with existing systems and traditional value chains, reducing the risk of technical and economic lock-in effects.

Furthermore, all data management and control occur locally, providing increased security and privacy for property owners and users. The project has a clear implementation plan focused on testing in real-world environments and measuring results.

By installing and optimizing Smart RoomHub devices in selected buildings, the project will collect data to quantify energy efficiency and indoor climate effects.

With a well-established project team and support from leading property owners, the project is expected to verify features, results, and business models for the development of a commercial product. In summary, this innovation idea not only represents a technological advancement in property management but also a step towards a more sustainable and user-centered future for buildings across the country.

With many benefits and significant market potential, we see this solution as a groundbreaking opportunity to streamline the existing built environment and contribute to a more sustainable future.
