An increased, data-driven knowledge and a decision support for strategic prioritization of therapy areas within which the implementation capacity of clinical trials in Sweden needs to be strengthened. An understanding of how the agreement structure for the partnership should be designed.

This feasibility study runs from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2025.
The project consists of four work packages: AP1 Project management, AP2 Strategisk focus and prioritized areas of strength, AP3 Modell for the partnership´s agreement areas, AP4 Omvärldsbevakning. The five project parties share the responsibility for the work packages and the implementation of the project. The project reports to a steering group and collaborates with stakeholders and key actors through a reference group and through communication in networks relevant to the project.
