Grant Description

Purpose and goal: Maskinöversatt The project´s aim is to highlight a scenario and a future prototype to illustrate which health challenges the food system is facing. We want to inspire and provoke to make consumers, trade and politicians understand where we could be going and that there is a significant

dialogue developed throughout society about where we could reach if we changed the course and created more transparency around today´s food and the consumption of it. Our objective is to initiate a long-term behavioral change among consumers with good intentions to transform their healthy eating. Expected results and effects:

Maskinöversatt

The prototype challenges and provokes the visitors to think about how they can make or contribute to healthier food choices. The project will work with the results of the prototype to bring about further dialogue with the target groups to contribute to the consumer being able to get good advice on healthy and sustainable food choices based on increased transparency regarding the consumer´s food purchases. This is a step in bringing about a long-term behavioral change for consumers with good intentions to transform their healthy eating.

Approach and implementation: Maskinöversatt

The project is divided into four work packages (WP). WP1 has budget and schedule focus as well as communication and dissemination of project results. WP2 develops details around the design concept for the prototype and for communication of the future scenario.

In WP 3 a user interface for the prototype is made. In WP4 the protoype is built and tested on the target groups. In parallel with the activities, communication takes place - primarily via PR and digital channels but also in physical meetings when the prototype is presented.
