The arrangement with an external expert resource to transfer competence in usability and the MDR requirements to our company has worked very well. Through meetings, workshops, training courses and close collaboration with the expert, we have gained solid knowledge in the field. The practical application by producing the usability documentation in parallel with the trainings has been valuable. The arrangement ensures that the competence will be permanent in the company for future project.
