Advancing Medical Textiles: Precision Compression for Lymphoedema

Purpose and goal:

The aim is to write a competitive Eurostars application to address the current challenges with compression products for lymphoedema. Expected results and effects:

Establishing a consortium of manufacturers, academic, and clinical partners will enhance our competitiveness. This collaboration will boost our expertise in writing EU grant applications and improve our international relations and R&D capabilities. The end result is the submission of a competitive and realistic Eurostars application

Approach and implementation:

First establish a project consortium, evaluating potential partners´ expertise and capabilities. Next, define the project´s TRL. Then, develop a realistic project plan, detailing main activities, responsibilities, and budget allocations among partners. The application process requires a scalability plan, market channel identification, a go-to-market strategy, and sustainability goals. Finally, prepare and review the final application with all annexes before submission
