An ethical guide will facilitate ethical considerations when introducing welfare technology. Developed forms of cooperation and structures will mean that solutions are easier to test against real needs and thus become easier to introduce and spread. Measurement methods need to be developed to be able to follow up usability and effects.

Project is based on the results from the previous assignment regarding the strategic innovation agenda for welfare technology. In this project we will work further with some of the action points highlighted in the agenda. A major focus is also on the dissemination and implementation of developed tools. The project will be conducted in three work packages 1) Ethical guide for welfare technology 2) Collaboration and test environments 3) Framework for impact measurement of welfare technology
