AI Prototyping for Development

Purpose and goal:

To develop a tool for analysis and design of project within Swedish development aid and, by extension for all of Swedish civil society. Expected results and effects:

Many organizations in civil society in Sweden have a large amount of qualitative data in the form of e.g. project reports, evaluations and applications for new project. In this project, we want to apply a language model to the data in order to both better understand previous projects and also to be able to design more efficient new projects. From the data, the tool will be able to extract conclusions, present trends, compare project with relative to different standards and quantify trends. This to enable improve the quality of current work and supported design of new projects.

Approach and implementation: The project comes in three stages: 1. Requirements and development of MVP. 2. Training of users

3. Continuous development and requirement setting for 6 months to refine and improve the tool based on data and user experience.
