We expect to see an increased use of all tools, which is expected to result in increased awareness and knowledge of the regulations in the development and implementation of medical technology innovations. More innovations made useful thanks to the fact that the tools themselves aim to simplify the innovation process and thus more innovations should be implemented and reach the patient. The time between idea and product is expected to decrease if the tools are put into full use.

The project is structured in such a way that each tool is a work package with a designated sub-project manager. Coordination and overall project management is centralized to Medtech4Health. Through regular reconciliations with sub-project managers and the steering group, the project manager ensures an agreed path forward.

A centralized project management has been created to be able to take advantage of the synergies that may be created between the work packages. Joint communication and marketing will also be run from the central project lead.
