Future scenario and co-created signals bank for a protein revolution

Purpose and goal:

The purpose is to further develop and spread the future scenarios and signals created in the protein revolution through a Signals Bank for the protein revolution and a digital experience of our mission to engage many actors to get involved by imagining and exploring the mission of "world-class Swedish proteins" as well as collectively and broadly explore, experience, give input on and collect signals that enhance or hinder the mission. The goal is to develop and evaluate a first digital tool where many actors can engage in our future scenario and understand and collect signals.

Expected results and effects:

By spreading our mission and vision of the future within the protein revolution via a digital tool to experience the future and provide input on signals that reinforce or threaten that future, we see potential to further anchor and inspire action towards the mission. A digital tool enables broad distribution and involvement. It also has potential to gather and share insights collectively to understand the needs and barriers of different actors.

Approach and implementation:

The project is organized through 3 main work packages. The first work package is about designing the solution and coordinating with the artifacts produced in the main project. Then follows the work package aimed at creating and testing the digital tool.

Here we will engage actors who have already shown interest in the protein revolution to ensure that the tool creates the values we desire. In the final work package, we will work in parallel with the inclusion we are doing in the protein revolution to evaluate and refine the solution.
