From waste products to valuable end product through fossil free reduction of metal oxides and ores

Develop the process from starting product to final product in a processing/recycling chain with fossil-free reduction of metal oxides as the main process.

In order to fully offer a comprehensive solution that also contributes to reducing carbon dioxide emissions and makes best use of the main reduction process, we also need to be able to develop and optimize a pre- and post-process applicable to materials produced in GreenIron´s reduction furnace. The project will be carried out in three stages: mapping, demonstration trials together with partners to evaluate agglomeration and separation on a small scale, and final evaluation.
