Purpose and goal:
KONSERTX is aimed at developing specific legal tools for the emerging portfolio of technological and cultural innovation around personalised digital immersive concert experiences, This project brings together the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Fine and Performing Arts at Lund University, in partnership with Future by Lund. KONSERTX is also part of the dynamic innovation portfolio Kalaudioscope, involving Malmö Live Concert Hall and Malmö Symphonic Orchestra, six Faculties at Lund University, and a group of industry partners and actors.
Expected results and effects:
KONSERTX will produce a report outlining the main findings, offering compliance and governance solutions and identifying needs and scenarios for regulatory and policy interventions; as well as a Legal Innovation Portfolio Map to be used by relevant actors as practical guidance tool. Approach and implementation:
The identification and development of guiding principles is done in consultation with relevant industry stakeholders in several steps. The aim is to take into account the perspectives and relationships of different parties: the creator, the employer, the artistic performer, the content moderator and the digital user.
KONSERTX will work with proven legal methods combined with methods that enable interaction with project partners and learn from the experiences, perspectives and interests of the different actors within the innovation portfolio and external stakeholders.
