Grant Description

Purpose and goal:

The project aims to promote talent attraction and investments in industrial energy transition through collaboration between American and Swedish companies. To create an environment for the establishment of tech companies in Sweden and increase the national supply of skills. The goal is to promote innovation and competitiveness through access to specialized expertise and transatlantic collaborations.

Through dissemination activities and implementation of results, the project can have a long-term and sustainable impact on the sector for industrial energy transition. Expected results and effects:

The project aims to make unique interconnections for industry-specific needs, especially in AI and Energy Transition. This is to meet both the short-term needs and that the results are expected to give the companies a part in the long-term strategy for talent attraction and energy transition. Approach and implementation:

The project aims to make a thorough needs inventory of the companies and then select areas that may be of particular interest to Swedish industry and the Swedish eco-system. These needs are mapped and then matched against the already processed structures and contact network in Sweden and especially in Silicon Valley USA. This is to create unique matches between startups/talents and the industry that enables collaborative projects and knowledge exchange.
