My (future) colleague is an AI

Purpose and goal:

This application seeks to establish sustainable collaborations between Sweden and Singapore, promoting knowledge exchange on human-AI interactions in organizations. As AI technologies evolve, impacting both individuals and organizations, innovative practices and policy reforms are crucial. The project aims to create a platform for long-term knowledge exchange, addressing challenges in digital transformation, opportunities in human-AI interactions, and the integration of AI into the workforce, along with future policy reforms for upskilling and reskilling.

Expected results and effects:

- Identify potentiall potential partners such as: AI singapore, SG innnovate, Business Sweden, Singapore management University, Center for strategic futures and the Institute for adult learning (IAL).

- Establish pathways for collaboration within the area of Adult learning and human machine interaction in the context of higher education and organisations within the public and private sector. - Implement crossectorial "pilot projects" with partners from the singaporean ecosystem. We have together IAL established a schedule (September 30October 4) and set aside time to define a joint project. To deepen our discussions, we will visit organizations such as: AI Singapore, SG Innovate, Business Sweden, Singapore Management University, Center for Strategic Futures and Institute for Adult Learning (IAL). We will also participate in a conference to meet IAL´s ecosystem.

When we return we will have a jointly established and clarified project scope together with IAL. We will also have a plan for the collaboration.
