Transforming Neighbourhoods - Seeds to Spheres (New European Bauhaus)

Purpose and goal:

Preparation of New European Bauhaus Project "Transforming neighbourhoods, making them beautiful, sustainable, and inclusive (HORIZON-MISS-2024-NEB-01)

Physically meet with international project partners & local stakeholders in Spain & Italy to get a better understanding of their context and capacities to inform the writing of the application - providing necessary insights into the environmental analysis, societal challenges & opportunities, implementation and impact sections of the application.

Expected results and effects: The preparation project includes visits to the international partner sites, the distillation of insights, the group writing week and submission of the application. - Meet with stakeholders on the international project sites . - Form an application writing team to synthesise the insights and draft the application.

- Successful submission of a top quality application for HORIZON-MISS-2024-NEB-01. Approach and implementation: WP1: Project & Process Management & Reporting

Plan project, engage stakeholders, allocate budget, organise logistics and coordination of all activities using standard project management tools WP2: Site Visits Visits sites in Spain & Italy to meet site owners, conduct workshops / interviews with local ecosystem stakeholders to understand the capacities, opportunities and risks of each area.

WP 3: Application Writing

Compilation of full application, incl. distilling insights from site visits, developing framework, allocating budget and market analysis. Edited by grant writer.
