Innovation Days Business Sweden Canada

Purpose and goal:

The project goal is to create a sufficient basis for Alvenius to make decisions about continued and deeper investments in Canada. This will be done through the following:

Initial preparatory work, including participation in preparatory and follow-up meetings in Sweden before trips to Canada, Active participation in dialogue with key stakeholders in the mining industry, and Preparation of a marketing plan for the Canadian Mining Market with support from Business Sweden Canada

Expected results and effects:

The visit is part of Business Sweden’s objective to introduce Swedish companies to the Canadian mining ecosystem to create opportunities for industry collaboration. Alvenius is also in collaboration with Business Sweden Canada in a project aimed to provide us with strategic support for internalization. Based on the project´s purpose, which is to create contacts and build knowledge about the Canadian mining opportunities, the long-term ambition is that this will lead to the commercial introduction of Alvenius´ technology in the Canadian market.

Approach and implementation: The preliminary itinerary for the visit is as follows: Sept 29: Travel from Sweden to Toronto Sept 30: Travel from Toronto, Ontario to Sudbury. Sudbury presentation and/or facility visit
