VAST goes to Canada

Purpose and goal:

The short-term goal, 1-2-years, for initiating international collaboration is to develop a network and undertake market validation for VAST’s services in Canada. The longterm goal, 3-5-years, is to land Canadian clients and start up a VAST Canadian office. Expected results and effects: Identifying clients and start a sales process with them.

Approach and implementation: Trip preparation work includes: LinkedIn networking and reach-out campaign with Canadian companies and key staff members. Develop a company pitch.

Research the participating Canadian companies and their sites, e.g., what they are mining, what their mining method is, what the stage of mining is, where VAST can add value, etc. Travel planning and bookings.
