Purpose and goal:
The DIAMPS project (a continuation of Eurostar project number MAS E-114 232) aims to revolutionize biophysiological sensing by reducing patient care fragmentation and enabling continuous care. The project aims to validate and deliver innovative solutions, including a user-friendly platform and a ground-breaking medical device.
Expected results and effects:
Essential effects of the project include enhanced capabilities for continuous monitoring, tailored health advice, and a non-invasive approach for consistent and safe assessments. The primary outcome will be a comprehensively integrated and validated prototype ready for subsequent product development and commercialization before its introduction to the market.
Approach and implementation:
The project is divided into five work packages (WP), where each WP has a defined start and end. Each WP is assigned a responsible leader, and it is clear which member companies are linked to each WP. The work packages are divided into tasks and deliverables for which the project´s participants are responsible. Follow-up of the project takes place every two weeks. The five work packages are:
- Project management and coordination - Software optimization and signal analysis - Hardware prototypes and integration - Clinical validation and evaluation - Communication and commercialization
