Quantum World Congress

Purpose and goal:

Goal has been to strengthen Swedish competence in quantum technology and improve SCALINQ´s global position through dialogues with key players. Both goals have been achieved. We have gained important insights into market trends and technological progress, crucial for Swedish industry and our long-term success. This knowledge helps us position ourselves globally and adapt our strategies. We can now also make a more nuanced contribution to the Swedish discussion on continued global competitiveness

Expected results and effects:

We hope and believe that the project can result in a stronger Swedish ecosystem. In addition to spreading the Swedish research brand, we believe that the new contacts in the global scene can help attract more talent, research and industries to Sweden. För SCALINQ this project means in the long term a closer R&D work with the market and with certain key players!

Approach and implementation:

A delegation of Swedish actors active in the field of "quantum technologies" met in Washington DC for 5 days packed with interesting meetings and talks. Among other things, the delegation managed to: - Set up at a booth in Quantum World Congress. Where Swedish companies displayed their products - Visited various embassies.

- Participated in Quantum World Congress and relevant side events. - Visited companies in the area.
