Financial support is requested to develop collaborations, organize workshops and meetings, create action plans, and facilitate staff exchanges.

Key areas for collaboration include advanced tools for accelerator design, particularly ultralow-emittance storage rings, and innovations in soft X-ray imaging detectors.

Additionally, this initiative will explore the potential of machine learning and AI, e.g., areas such as data analysis and accelerator optimization.

The project also promises substantial opportunities for knowledge exchange in X-ray optics, visualization, and proposal management, aiming to achieve significant technological and scientific advancements to the mutual benefit of the facilities.
