Grant Description

DIRECT supports the Government of Vietnam (GVN) to enhance coordination and enforcement of the GVN disability Law and associated policies, including health insurance; GVN implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs); and to increase GVN capacity to monitor and evaluate national disability programs.
