Grant Description

The Afro-Colombian and Indigenous Scholarship and Leadership program's main purpose is to improve access for ethnic minority leaders to graduate opportunities in the U.S. It is a follow-on to the current USAID/Afro-Colombian Leadership and Scholarship Act.
