Grant Description

Hold My Hand is a three-year activity that develops a sustainable and expandable model to improve the inclusion of 2,000 persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Binh Dinh and Quang Nam provinces.

This will be achieved by providing interdisciplinary services to persons with severe disabilities through strengthened services at provincial and district level, and improved referral systems in these target provinces.
