The purpose of this cooperative agreement is to strengthen the preservation of Tibetan culture in the form of manuscripts and other artifacts, in a sustainable manner that leverages modern technology and is easily accessible through a sustainable digital public library providing a comprehensive and accessible repository of invaluable cultural resources and manuscripts from Tibetan culture.
