Grant Description
The United States-Israel Agricultural Research and Development Fund, registered in Israel Reg. #500500079 (hereinafter called the "Fund"), established pursuant to the terms of the Agreement signed by the governments of Israel and the United States in October 1977, and promulgated into law by the Israeli Knesset on December 18, 1979 under the title of the UNITED STATES - ISRAEL AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FUND LAW OF 5740 (1979), engages in promoting and supporting agricultural research and development activities of mutual benefit to the United States and Israel.
