Grant Description

From July 10-16, 2016, the Avian Influenza Risk Mapping and Risk Based Surveillance Train the Trainer course was held in the Dominican Republic. This was the second part of a training led by the CIRAD group. The first part was held in November 2015 and focused on basic GIS and mapping skill development.

This goal of this second part was for students to complete an Avian Influenza Risk map for their particular country.
