Grant Description

The workshop gathered participants including the veterinary services (Chief Veterinary Officer, epidemiologists, laboratory director, and virologists) and wildlife managers from Senegal and Mauritania.

The goal was to help Senegal and Mauritania define a harmonized plan for AI surveillance in wildlife to facilitate early detection of outbreaks and prevention.
