Grant Description

From March 8-10, 2016, the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), International Technical and Regulatory Capacity Building (ITRCB) Center engaged national and international partners and stakeholders in the development of an integrated, harmonized global strategy framework for a BSL4/CL4 Laboratories Network.

This scope of the framework will included natural and international emerging threats to both animal and human health, and enhancements to emergency response and preparedness.
