Grant Description

An initial meeting was held at the DR Ministry of Agriculture (MA) Plant Health Department with the DR NPPO to discuss and follow up on fruit fly trapping program in DR. Several recommendations were provided in order to improve the program and to expedite the weekly FF trapping reports.

On Wednesday April 27, a workshop addressed to field inspectors was held emphasizing the importance of reporting and the use of the Fruit fly database for monitoring and implementation of control measures.
