Grant Description

USDA APHIS attended a simulation exercise demonstrating the similarities and differences in process associated in operating during an HPAI and NCD outbreak.

The exercise utilized both the Panamanian system related to the SINESA-GEPESA Emergency Manual and also the process maintained through the Incident Command System (ICS).
