A technical expert from APHIS' Center for Plant Health Science and Technology participated in the International HLB Forum on Citrus in San Salvador, El Salvador, on November 29th and 30th, 2017. The event included more than 150 people from 12 countries.
The International Regional Organization of Agricultural Health (OIRSA) invited the APHIS plant pathologist as a keynote speaker to provide the participants with the latest information about the current situation, management and economic impact of the Huanglongbing (HLB) and Citrus Black Spot (CBS) diseases in the United States.
