On December 9-10, 2015, Drs.

Judy Akkina, Cynthia Johnson and Sherrilyn Wainwright attended the annual International Society for Disease Surveillance (ISDS) Conference in Denver. Dr.

Akkina helped facilitate a workshop on Bio-surveillance for One Health, and as a member of the ISDS Board of Directors and chair of the ISDS Research Committee she attended meetings of these groups at the conference.
