Grant Description

From July 25-29, 2016, the Transboundary Animal Disease Course was held in Mali.

The training was facilitated by experts from the Central Veterinary Laboratory, the Ministry of health and the Directorate of Vet Services.

The workshop aimed to strengthen capacities for field and laboratory diagnosis of CBPP, Rift Valley Fever and Rabies, to promote collaboration between Veterinary services and Public health services and to prevent inadvertent use of potentially dangerous biological agents.
