Grant Description

China Twinning, USDA CEAH/CAHEC implemented three activities , In FY 2012, three activities took place in accordance with the plan between agreed to by USDA, China and the OIE: first, a combined training on qualitative and quantitative risk assessment occurred in February 2012, second, CAHEC trainers will assist CEAH in implementing the APHIS Introduction to Risk Analysis for Animal Health course in May 2012, third, initiate planning to provide training on spatial epidemiology and begin collaborative work on a risk assessment that CAHEC selects.

Note that partial costs are reimbursed through a cooperative agreement with the OIE
