Grant Description

An Army CTS, a group of female soldiers who work with Special Operations Forces in remote locations to address local needs, is examining the possibility of developing a poultry farm in cooperation with a local farmer. Poultry farming has been identified as a sustainable source of revenue in the area.

The team requested a subject matter expert provide technical expertise on raising small chicken farms. The ITRCB Animal Health Program Manager is consulting with in-country personnel on this activity
