Grant Description

A Train-the-Trainer Workshop was held in Paktika Province in November.

The purpose of the workshop was to provide information to the five Afghan Ag Trainers employed by PRT Orgun-E and supervised by a USDA Agriculture Advisor.

Training was provided in three areas, key pests and their management in apple, nematode pests of wheat and benefits of membership in Afghanistans National Nursery Growers Organization.
