Biotechnology Asia Regional Workshop.
A workshop was held in preparation for Rio+20 meeting for the Convention on Biological Diversity, Meeting of the Parties (MOP6) to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety, Conference of the Parties (COP11) to the Convention on Biological Diversity, and the CSD20 Meeting of the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development.
The general aim of the Asian Regional Workshop was to discuss the topics of these events, how these global events are interrelated and how their outcomes can be implemented at the national level in a practical way
