Grant Description

From September 18-23, 2016, the Sampling Procedures and Diagnosis Techniques of PPR Workshop was held in Ghana. The training was organized by USDA-APHIS Dakar in cooperation with Accra Veterinary Laboratory.

The program aimed at assisting countries in the region, to improve their capabilities to detect PPR, through a training of laboratory technicians on proven PPR sampling techniques, ELISA-based diagnostic tests and RT-PCR.
