The project will also aim to prevent at least 3,500 children from starting work through awareness raising, community mobilization, and the provision of non-formal and vocational education for at risk children.

It will seek to enhance the capacity of public and private partners and concerned agencies at all levels (national and local, institutional, organizational, community), to prevent and progressively eliminate child labor, and will facilitate creation of a community-based child labor monitoring system. - Through International Labour Organisation.
