Labor Market Supply and Demand in the Northern Triangle

This project assists foreign governments and industry leaders in El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala to publish reliable and comprehensive labor market information for the general public and increases the skill and knowledge of educational and workforce development programs, employers, and policy makers on how to best use the data.

The public will have greater knowledge of certain sectors that are in need of workers, which skills they need, and which entities can provide training. Tourism is the pilot sector focusing on hotels and lodging for all 3 countries.
